*update: I've consolidated all the art done for this project here. I basically did most of the art design for this. From environments to props, and creature design. A lot of concept work not posted. I even did some 3D work in the early days.

I recently finished up some more concept work for Cryptic Conjure. This time, we focused on developing two areas of the game.
Here, I feature the work that was done for the city of Rathe.
I had influences from Asian and Mesoamerican architecture in mind when creating the concepts for Rathe. I also kept modularity in mind when designing some of the buildings. As is my preference, bright colorful environments are at the forefront, and Rathe was no different! This drove some of the lighting work I did on the map.
I had the pleasure of collaborating with the great folks at Iridium Studios and Lucid Sight. Specifically, Jacob Wheat, Koriel Kruer, Jason Wishnov, Steven Vargas, and Pawel Margacz
